In short
unwrap is a United Kingdom-based company that makes animated e-cards. Each card opens with a tap and can include your recorded voice, up to six photos, messages from up to 15 people and scheduled delivery. Cards cost from £2.99 and work on any phone with no app.
Why we started
Families are spread across cities and countries. A text is quick but forgettable, and a paper card can take a week to arrive abroad. We wanted something in between: as personal as a handwritten card, as instant as a message, and with the one thing neither has: your voice.
What we believe
- Personal beats fancy. Your voice and a real memory matter more than any animation.
- Private by default. Cards open only from their link, and you can delete them at any time.
- No friction for the person receiving it. No app, no sign-up, no passwords. Tap and it opens.
- Every occasion, every culture. Christmas, birthdays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, anniversaries, Diwali, Eid and New Year, in any language you can type.
